1/4 kg Chicken cut into strips
1 large eggs, beaten
1 pinch salt
1 piece garlic cloves
1 tbsp onion, chopped
2 oz teriyaki marinade
1 tsp ginger, chopped
2 tbsp cornstarch dissolved in water
1/4 cup soy sauce
5 tbsp teriyaki marinade

Mix all marinate ingredient with the chicken.

Marinate for at least 1 hr in the refrigerator.

Once ready to cook, beat the egg and dip the marinated chicken and coat with bread crumbs.

Heat a skillet with cooking oil and deep fry chicken on low heat.

Once cooked, remove the chicken and drain the excess oil by placing on a kitchen towel paper.
