fried chicken with mashed potatoes

   pour flour in a mixing bowl

   crack eggs into another bowl

   take the chicken and smother it in the eggs piece by piece then smother it into the flour

   piece by piece cook the chicken in oil (I like canola personally) for about 7 minutes each

   skin potatoes, chop them, and boil them while the chicken is cooking.

   drain the potatoes and mash them, add the butter, and milk.

   heat up the corn and green beans on stove

   when chicken is done everything should be hot and ready to go!
