6 lb chicken breasts

3 cup sr flour
1/4 cup pickle juice

Cut chicken into little steaks salt and garlic the chicken.

Put into a bag with pickle juice let marinate, for an hour.

Put flour in bag with chicken ziplock it up shake it to coat.

Heat oil in pan.

Fry the chicken.

Set on a paper towel to absorb excess oil

Put all but the water and cornstarch bring to boil for 3 minutes then mix cornstarch and water add to boiling mixture.

Stirring constantly let thicken just a bit.
