6 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
2 cup All purpose flour
1/4 cup Season Salt
3 tbsp Garlic Powder
3 tbsp Black Pepper
3 tbsp Onion Powder
1 large Yellow Onion
10 Grape Tomatoes
8 oz Mascarpone Cheese
16 oz Mashed Potatoes

Mix seasoning into a large ziplock bag.

Add chicken breasts into ziplock bag.

Shake bag until Chicken breasts are powdered.

Depending on size of bag, you may need to repeat this step as you go.

Make mashed potatoes.

If you are using instant mashed potatoes, make for serving of 6.

Put a tablespoon of canola oil in a sauce pan.

Slice onion and add to heated canola oil pan.

Cook onions on low until soft.

Add mascarpone cheese to onions.

Slice grape tomatoes in half and add to Cheese and onions.

Stir cheese, onion, tomato sauce until it's playable.

Remove from heat.

Heat large oil pan.

Heat on medium-low until oil is nice and hot.

Cook each side thoroughly.

Good rule of thumb is cook on one side until you see the chicken turn white about 1/4 inch above oil line.
