Fried Asparagus and Bacon

   Prepare the asparagus.

   Cut the bottom 1 cm off the stems and peel the bottom 10 cm.

   Finely chop the garlic, then cut the asparagus into strips.

   Finely slice the bacon.

   Put olive oil in a pan and add the garlic.

   Turn on the heat.

   When the garlic is aromatic, add the bacon and black pepper and fry.

   When the bacon starts to wilt, add the asparagus.

   Fry until it turns a nice green colour, and season with salt.
