1 cup water
2 mint leaves ground
4 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 lemon zest and juice
2 cloves
1 sprig mint crushed
1 teaspoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons blackcurrant syrup or grenadine
greek yogurt to taste

Bring the water to a boil with the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, strawberries, lemon peel, lemon zest, and cloves.
