"Fresh" Strawberry Pie

   Mix together water, sugar and cornstarch and cook until clear. Remove from heat and add jello; cool.

   Place strawberries in pie shell.

   Pour mixture over strawberries.

   Refrigerate to cool and top with Cool Whip.
