Ingredients: ⅔ cup of fresh strawberry puree (1 carton); 1 ½ cups flour; 1 teaspoon baking powder; ½ teaspoon baking soda; ¼ teaspoon salt; ¼ cup whole milk; 1 cup sugar; 1 large egg; 2 large egg whites; 8 ounces cream cheese; 5 tablespoons of softend butter; 2 tablespoons vanilla; 2 cups powdered sugar; 2 tablespoons strawberry puree (left over from cupcakes)

⅔ cup of fresh strawberry puree (1 carton)
1 ½ cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ cup whole milk
1 cup sugar
1 large egg
2 large egg whites
8 ounces cream cheese
5 tablespoons of softend butter
2 tablespoons vanilla
2 cups powdered sugar
2 tablespoons strawberry puree (left over from cupcakes)

Preheat oven to 350.

Line a muffin tin with baking cups.

Cut up strawberries until thin.

In a meduim bowl, wisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda,salt,sugar, egg, and egg whites until no chunks or eggs are seen.

In a food prosser (or blender) chop up strawberries.

In a large bowl, put in strawberries.

Add Flour mixture to strawberries.
