Combine flour and salt in medium bowl.

Gradually whisk in 1 cup milk until blended.

Heat small heavy nonstick skillet on medium-high heat; spray with cooking spray.

Pour about 1/4 cup batter into skillet; tilt skillet to evenly coat bottom with batter.

Cook to brown other side.

Repeat with remaining batter to make 7 more crepes.
