Ingredients: 1 c. packed brown sugar; 1 c. sugar; 1 1/4 c. oil; 2 eggs; 3 c. flour; 1 tsp. cinnamon; 1 tsp. salt; 2 tsp. soda; 3 c. chopped peeled apples; 1 c. walnuts, chopped

Beat brown sugar, sugar and oil in bowl until well mixed.

Add eggs; mix well.

Add flour, cinnamon, salt and soda; mix well. Stir in apples, walnuts and coconut.

Pour into oiled and floured tube pan or 9 x 13-inch cake pan.

Bake at 325u00b0 for 1 hour or until cake tests done.

May add raisins if desired.
