Fresh Apple Cake

   Mix chopped apples, raisins, nuts and cinnamon together.

   (If apples are very tart, add a little extra sugar.)

   Mix other ingredients and add apple mixture.

   Grease and flour 8 x 12 1/2 inch pan.
