Put cupcake liners in muffin tin and lightly spray with cooking spray

Mix peanut butter,sugar and butter in bowl until smooth then chill in fridge until ready to use

Melt chocolate over double boiler on medium heat or you can also microwave but watch and stir often so it does not burn.

Spoon a tablespoon of melted chocolate in each cupcake liner.

Then with a teaspoon spoon out peanut butter and drop it in the middle of each liner.

Once complete spoon another tablespoon of melted chocolate on top making sure peanut butter is completely covered.

Set in freezer for five minutes to set chocolate.

Remove peanut butter cups from muffin tin and repeat until all chocolate is used.

Makes around 48 cups.

Add candy sprinkles on top for a festive look.
