French Toast Sandwich – a delicious recipe with Egg, Bread, Salt, Basil, Ham, Cheese. Easy to follow and perfect for any occasion.

Crack the egg open and place it in a container where you can whisk it with the pepper, salt and basil

Cover both slices of bread with mustard or mayonnaise only on one side

Place slices of cheese and alternate it with the ham slices

Cut the cherry tomatoes to thin slices and try to dry them off with a napkin

Melt the butter on a pan and continue to heat it until it becomes golden brown

Pour the olive oil in and spread it across the surface of the pan

Put both slices off bread together and let the sandwich sit in the egg mix for no more than 5 seconds per side

Place the sandwich on the pan in medium-low temperature

With a small spoon try to take some of that oil and butter mix and pour it along the edges and borders of the sandwich to sear them

As soon as the bottom side of the sandwich is brown turn and repeat the process with the spoon

When it is done remove the excess of fat with a napkin
