Place 3 8 oz cream cheese into a bowl, let set to room temperature. Chop 3 bunches of onions, adding some of the greens from each bunch for coloring. In a measuring cup fill with 1 cup of boiling water. Add 3 beef bouillion cubes, stir till dissolved. Add chopped onions to mixing bowl with the cream cheese. Add 1/2 cup of hot water to cream cheese and onion. Mix on low, slowly increasing mixer speed to medium speed and to high speed. Add more of the broth mixture little at a time until the cream cheese resembles set jello when shaken. Discard the remaining broth. Cover dip and refridgerate a minimum of 12 hours prior to serving. This dip has won contests. It will become a family favorite.
