1/2 pounds Ground Turkey
1/2 cups Onions, Diced
1/2 cups Whole Wheat Bread Crumbs
1 whole Egg
1 Tablespoon Frank's Red Hot Sauce

1 whole Whole Grain Baguette, Cut In Half Lengthwise
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
5 cloves Garlic, Minced
1 cup Fresh Mozzarella, Sliced
1/2 cups Black Olives Sliced
1/2 cups Purple Onions, Sliced
1/2 cups Mushrooms, Sliced
1/2 cups Parmesan Cheese, Shredded
1/2 cups Microgreens

Preheat oven to 425 F.

On a pizza stone or baking sheet, place French bread.

Drizzle with olive oil and spread on the minced garlic.

Bake for 5-10 minutes until crispy and starting to turn golden.

Remove from oven, and set aside.

Meanwhile, make your meatballs.

In a mixing bowl add turkey, onions, bread crumbs, egg, Franks hot sauce, garlic salt and pepper.

Mix with your hands until well combined.

Form into small 1 inch sized balls.

Heat a cast iron skillet over medium heat.

Give it a good spray with cooking oil.

Add in meatballs, and cook over medium high for 4 minutes per side.

Flip, and cook another 4 minutes, until meatballs look golden and cooked through.

Remove meatballs from skillet, and let them cool for 5 minutes.

Slice them into thin slices.

Sprinkle mozzarella on top of the bread.

Top with sliced meatballs, olive, onions, and mushrooms.

Sprinkle Parmesan over the top.

Bake for 10-15 minutes until veggies are tender/crisp and cheese is golden and bubbling.

Remove from oven, cut into your preferred size of pieces and top with micro greens.
