Freda'S Stuffin' Puffs

   Combine water, oil and salt in saucepan.

   Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Immediately stir in flour.

   Let mixture cool 4 to 5 minutes; beat in eggs, one at a time.

   Mixture should be thick and shiny.

   Place on foil on cookie sheet. Bake at 350u00b0 for about 20 minutes. Cool.

   Fill with chilled pudding, cream sauce or stuff with chicken salad, tuna, salmon or other entree.
