Put 1/2 teaspoon of vegetable oil in a heat-resistant bowl

Break an egg on top of the bowl and stick a bamboo skewer or tooth pick through the whole egg's yolk and egg white many times.

Cover it with a cellophane wrap and heat it up in a 500 W microwave for about 1 minute to 1 minute and 10 seconds.

If the egg has set it's done.

Check how hard it is and adjust the cooking time accordingly.

Mash it with a fork likely to mince it.

Add about 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise, salt and pepper and mix it briefly.

Add chopped fresh parsley or dried parsley for finishing and mix the whole thing, then it is ready You can add black pepper instead too!

Here is an egg salad sauce which matches very well with pork and chicken Adding a little bit of vinegar and sugar will change it into a chicken nanban sauce !

You can make a sandwich using a homemade bread roll and Boston lettuce If you use this egg salad, you won't need to peal the eggshell, and you just use a microwave and whip it up in no time.

When you take the bowl out of the microwave, don't take the cellophane wrap off the the bowl right away.

Make sure to keep your face far from the bowl and shake the bowl a little before taking off the plastic wrap.
