Foil Fowl

   Preheat oven to 350 degrees .

   Tear off 4 good-sized pieces of foil and lay on top of each other.

   Place 1/4 of the diced potatoes on the first piece of foil.

   Layer one chicken breast on top of the potatoes.

   Sprinkle liberally with taco seasoning.

   Coat the chicken breast evenly with approximately 1/3 cup salsa.

   Sprinkle with cheese, as much or as little as you like.

   Seal the top and sides to make a packet.

   Repeat the process for the remaining chicken breasts.

    Place on a baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes to an hour depending on how large the breasts are.

    Remove, open and eat!
