Fluffy Steamed Buns

   Combine cake flour and baking powder to sift.

   Also combine the water and egg and mix.

   Add sugar into the sifted dry ingredients.

   Mix well.

   Add the egg and water mixture into the dry ingredients.

   Mix thoroughly.

   Now add the vegetable oil and mix some more.

   Pour the dough into cupcake liners and steam for 15 minutes.

   Test with a skewer.

    If it comes out clean, then it's done.
