Fluffy Steamed Bread with Pancake Mix

   Combine the egg, milk, and sugar.

   Add the pancake mix and vegetable oil, and combine.

   Pour the batter into the muffin cups and steam in a steamer for about 12 minutes.

   Chocolate version: Add 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder or matcha (you don't need to sift the flour.

   Just mix well).

   Sweet potatoes: Cut 100 g of Asian sweet potatoes into 1 cm cubes, soak in a bowl of water and add to the batter in Step 3.

   These are baked cream cheese version.
