   Pour the heavy cream in a bowl, and whip with a whisk until it becomes thick.

   Add the milk, crushed chocolate, and gelatin into a pot, and bring to a boil while mixing with the whisk.

   Plunge the Step 2 pot into a bowl with ice-cold water to cool, and mix until it starts to become thick.

   Add Step 3 to the Step 1 bowl, and mix.

   Pour the Step 4 mixture into cups, and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes to harden.

   Pour chocolate syrup on top if you like, and it's done.
