Other than your sweet or savory ingredients, add everything into a bread maker and let it run until the first rising is done.

(You can also knead the dough by hand.)

Once the first rising is done, punch down the dough and divide it into 12 portions.

(One should weigh about 45 grams.)

Gently make them into balls, cover them with a tightly wrung out damp towel and let them rest for 20 minutes.

Next top with your favorite toppings or form the dough into desired shapes and let it rise a second time.

(Let it rise at about 120C for 20-30 minutes).
