Fluffster's Favorite Grilled Strawberry Sour Cream Sandwich

   Lightly butter 4 of the slices of bread on one side only.

   Lay the slices, butter side down in a large skillet.

   Spoon a couple of tablespoons of the strawberry jam on the slices.

   Add a tablespoon or so of the sour cream on top of the strawberries.

   Lightly butter one side only of the remaining slices of bread; lay the slices, butter side up onto the slices in the skillet.

   Turn the sandwiches over when they are golden brown, and cook until golden brown on the bottoms.

   Remove from skillet and slice in half.

   Dust with powdered sugar, if desired.
