Ingredients: 100 g butter; 3 onions, diced; 4 potatoes, diced; 1 red pepper, skinned and diced; 3 cups rice; 1 fresh chili pepper, diced; 4 liters water; ½ tablespoon paprika; 1 tablespoon salt; 2 garlic cloves, minced; 2 teaspoons turmeric; 2 tablespoons cumin; 2 kg chicken breasts, diced; 300 g cashew nuts

100 g butter
3 onions, diced

3 cups rice

4 liters water
½ tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon salt
2 garlic cloves, minced

2 tablespoons cumin
2 kg chicken breasts, diced
300 g cashew nuts

Melt butter in a maHOOsive saucepan.

Add onions & red pepper and saute until onions are translucent.

Add potatoes and stir until well coated in delicious juice.

Add 2 litres water and spices.

Boil until potatoes are soft.

Add other 2 lt. and rice.

Cook rice until soft, adding more water if necessary.

Once rice is soft, stir in chicken pieces, cashews and chili and cook until chicken is soft.
