Flounder With Cucumber Sour Cream Sauce

   Put a little canola oil in bottom of broiling pan so fish won't stick. Lay flounder fillets (skin side down) to cover pan. Peel cucmbers and cut away seeds. Then grate cucumbers and cover fillets with a layer of grated cucumber. Salt to taste. Cover whole thing with a layer of sour cream. Broil. When the peaks of the sour cream are brown, the dish is done. Outrageously good.
