In a skillet brown your bacon until crispy.

For the cheese sauce combine butter and flour in a saucepan and cook until thickened approximately 2 minutes.

Slowly add the cream to the butter and flour and whisk until the cream starts to simmer.

Remove from burner and add 1/4 cup of the parmesan cheese.

In a 13X9 pan lay out the 4 slices of bread.

Place several pieces of turkey on each slice.

Then lay your tomato slices on the turkey.
