Flora's Egg in the Hole Burger

   In a bowl combine all ingredients except the eggs.

   Pat the burgers out thin and flat onto a piece of parchment paper

3. 3

   Using a glass cut out a hole in the center of each burger.

   Place the burger into the hot pan and crack the egg into the center

5. 5

   Fry on each side until the egg is set and the meat is cooked.
