   In a skillet fry your country ham slices until brown

   Toast your muffins in the toaster while the ham is cooking.

   In a small sauce pan cook hollandaise to package directions

   Fry up your eggs.

   You can do over easy or medium.

   To assemble lay a slice of ham on the toasted english muffin bottom, top with the egg, then spoon on the sauce.
