Combine all the ingredients for the burger together, except the cheese, and pat out 4 thin burgers

Put the cheese in the center of 2 of the burgers

Put the other two pattys on top of the cheese and seal the burgers together sandwiching the cheese in the middle

Fry the burgers in a med-high skillet until brown on both sides.

While the burgers are browning, combine all the ingredients for the topping.

When burger is thoroughly cooked, smear the topping on the top of the burgers and top with a lid so that the topping gets soft and melted
