Flawless Pie Crust

   Mix shortening and water with a mixer until well blended and creamy.

   Add flour a little at a time until all the flour is used. Cannot be overmixed.

   Chill overnight.

   Roll out with rolling pin the next day.

   Makes a 2 crust pie.
