Fire Roasted Salsa

   roast all ingredients except garlic and cilantro on the grill till cooked through and slightly blackened.

   chop onions and cilantro in food processor; set aside.

   when all the ingredients on the grill are thoroughly cooked, chop in food processor.

   combine all ingredients together.
