Let the dough rise in warm place well covered about 30 min, Work the risen dough at the baking table and make it to 12 (big) or 20 (small) buns. Put the buns, pullas, to the baking sheet and cover, let rise again 30 min. Brush the pullas with egg. On the top of the pullas you could put some sugar and almond flakes.

Bake in the oven 420 F about 10 min for the small pullas and about 15 min for the bigger ones.
