1 box yellow cake mix
1 can mandarin oranges
1 tbsp vanilla extract
4 eggs
1/2 cup peeled shredded apple
1/2 cup shredded carrot
1 ripe banana smashed
1 stick softened butter
1 box instant vanilla pudding
1 can crushed pineapples
2/3 cup powdered sugar
1 small container of whipped cream
1 can mandarin oranges drained

Preheat oven to 350, spray 3 round cake pans with spray butter.

Mix first 8 ingredients till well incorporated, divide evenly in cake pans, bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.

Remove from oven, let cool.

Mix the rest of ingredients except mandarin oranges til well incorporated.

Place one cooled layer on cake plate, frost the top, top with another layer, frost, place final layer on top and frost.

Decorate with mandarin oranges.
