Filipino Adobe Pork

   Prepare Ingredients - Cut Meat into Chunks, Roughly Chop Garlic, Cut Ginger into Bamboo Shoot Size Pieces

   Brown Meat in Pan on Med/High Heat Over Olive Oil - Add Pepper, Garlic Powder & Splash of Soy Sauce

   Remove Meat From Pan

   Sear Garlic and Ginger in Olive Oil Until Aromatic

   Add Meat, White Vinegar, Soy Sauce, Garlic Powder, Pepper & Bay Leaves

   Cover Meat With Water & Bring to a Boil

   Let Simmer on Low/Med Heat for 30-45 min

   If Too Salty Add More Water - If Too Sour Add More Soy Sauce & Pepper

   Serve Over Rice & Get Some Juices!
