1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 Tbsp. Heinz Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Saute onion, celery and green peppers in oil until vegetables are tender.

Combine 1/2 cup vegetable sauce mixture with ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
