"Feta Psomakia" - Feta Rolls

   Cut crust off of bread and roll bread with rolling pin.

   Brush on butter.

   Combine Feta cheese and cream cheese (you may use sour cream) also and spread on rolled bread slice.

   Roll up and dip into egg dip.

   Then roll in sesame seed or poppy seed.

   Broil until crust forms.

   Slice.

   Or slice before broiling.

   Sides are crisp, too.
