Festive Turkey With Peppers

   In large bowl, combine brown sugar, soy sauce and cornstarch. Add turkey and turn to coat.

   In large skillet, heat oil and cook garlic and turkey mixture over high heat, stirring constantly, 3 minutes.

   Stir in peppers and onions. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, 5 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
