Fat Man'S Pie

   Mix 1 1/4 cups flour, 1 stick margarine (melted) and 1 cup nuts.

   Mix well and press into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

   Bake 20 minutes at 350u00b0 and then cool.

   Mix 8 ounces cream cheese, 1 cup powdered sugar and 1 (8 or 9 ounce) carton of Cool Whip.

   Spread over cool crust.

   Mix 2 large packages chocolate instant pudding with 4 cups milk.

   When thickened, spread over 2nd layer.

   Spread with 8 or 9 ounce carton Cool Whip.

   Garnish with cherries and nuts.
