Fast and Easy Bake Muffins

   Combine the mayonnaise and sugar in a bowl, then sift in half of the flour and baking powder.

   Stir in the milk, mix in the rest of the dry ingredients, then pour into the mold.

   Bake for 20 minutes at 180C to 200C (356 to 392 F).

   For curry flavoring: Sift in 2 teaspoons curry powder with the dry ingredients.

   I recommend adding some cheese or mixed vegetables, too!
