DEFROST GROUND TURKEY!

grease a large pan and put on low/medium heat.

Chop up all the veggies and throw them in the pan. Let them cook for about 3-5 minutes.

Add the ground turkey, and use a spatula to break down the turkey chunks into small bits while stirring mix. Add salt, pepper, chili powder, and cumin as you wish. I didn't measure, but used a lot of cumin and a good amount of chili powder, so you might want to adjust tht to what you like the best.

Pour in the tamarind sauce immediately after. I got that sauce in an indian grocery store, and like it a lot.

Stir and let cook for 5-10 minutes or until meat is fully cooked and veggies too.

I made this in bulk and have 4 or 5 more meals -- and it didn't even take a half hour!
