Family Favorite Pizza Crust

   Mix yeast, sugar, and water and let sit 1-2 minutes.

   Add remaining ingredients, using enough flour to make a soft dough.

   Knead a few times.

   Roll out on a large greased cookie sheet that has been sprinkled with cornmeal.

   (I use two pans and make 2 pizzas that are about 10-12 across.)

   Poke dough all over with a fork.

   Bake at 475 for about 5-7 minutes.

   Remove from oven and spread with sauce.

   Add cheese and your favorite toppings and bake for 10-12 more minutes or till crust is golden and cheese is melted.
