Ingredients: 2 Beef Steak; 1 bag Mesclun mix; 1 bunch Watercress; 1 clove Garlic; 1 tbsp Olive oil; 1 dash Salt and pepper; 1 tbsp A- Soy sauce; 1 tbsp A- Cooking sake; 1 tsp A- Butter; 1 Wasabi

Heat a frying pan with olive oil, fry the thinly sliced garlic, take them out when golden brown.

Put the salt and peppered steak into the pan.

Place the mesclun and mixed watercress on a plate.

The steak should be cooked just 2 and a half minutes on one side, and turned over to cook a further 2 and a half minutes on the other side until golden brown.

Add the A seasoning ingredients with the meat juice to make the sauce.

Cut the steak into bite-sized cubes, and serve on the plate from Step 2.
