Excellent Sugar Cookies – a delicious recipe with butter, cooking oil, sugar, powdered sugar, egg, vanilla. Easy to follow and perfect for any occasion.

1/2 c. cooking oil
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cream of tarter
1/2 tsp. salt

Cream butter, oil and sugars.

Sift together dry ingredients.

Add to creamed mixture and mix well. Drop by teaspoonful onto cookie sheet.
