1 small bunch fresh parsley
2 eggs
1 red onion
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
2 vine tomatoes
1 small head of lettuce

1 packet split burger buns
1 packet oven fries (optional)

Crumble the mince in a large bowl, then tip in the herbs, chopped red onion, chopped fresh parsley and eggs with the ground pepper and salt.
