English Muffin Pizzas

   In microwave, brown ground chuck in covered dish for 5 minutes.

   Stir, adding onion and bell pepper.

   Season with oregano and garlic salt with parsley to taste and cook, covered, for an additional 5 minutes.

   Place English muffins in pan, sprinkling Parmesan cheese over each.

   Spoon about 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce over each muffin.

   with ground chuck mixture, about 1 tablespoon more tomato sauce and top with Mozzarella cheese.

   Bake in regular oven for approximately 10 to 15 minutes at 450u00b0, or until cheese is melted.
