English Muffin Appetizer

   Preheat oven to 350 F.

   In a medium sized bowl, mix together all ingredients except English muffins.

   Slice English muffins in half and put them on a baking sheet.

   Spread mixture on muffins.

   Bake at 350 F for 15-20 minutes.

   Cut into fourths and serve.

   Tip: The mixture can be made early in the day and stored in the refrigerator.

   Then just assemble and bake right before serving.

   Also, after cooking these can be frozen for later use.
