Enchilada Casserole

   Cook meat in salad oil with onion until brown.

   In saucepan, prepare sauce mix and 6 cups water with mushroom soup.*

   Simmer 15 minutes.

   Layer tortillas in large casserole dish and rotate layers of meat, sauce mix, tortillas and cheese for 3 layers. Pour remaining sauce over top and spread remaining cheese.

   Cook 45minutes at 350u00b0 with cover, then remove cover and cook an additional 15 minutes.
