1 whole Egg, Lightly Beaten
1 teaspoon Water
1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
1 Tablespoon Sugar

Combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over empanadas. Bake 12- 17 minutes; rotate pan if unevenly baking.
