1 cup Sugar
2 teaspoons Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoons Baking Soda
1/4 teaspoons Salt
4 Overripe Bananas
1/3 cups Butter Flavored Shortening

2 teaspoons Banana Extract
2 Tablespoons Milk
2 Large Eggs
Melted Butter, To Brush On Baked Bread

Combine wet and dry ingredients with a wooden spoon or strong rubber scraper by hand. Do NOT use an electric mixer.

For 2 small loaves, bake at 350u00b0F for 40 minutes. For 1 large loaf (in a standard size loaf pan), bake at 350u00b0F for 30 minutes. Cover with tented foil and bake an additional 30 minutes.
