   Heat the grill,

   brush w vegetable oil

   Put cleaned cobs on grill

   Turn occasionally until you have right amount of char, about 10 minutes?

   Take off grill

   Brush with mayonaise like you would use butter.

   Sprinkle with cotija or other salty crumbled cheese

   sprinkle with some spices -- like chili powder, not too hot for Mom

   Squeeze abundant fresh lime juice

    Plate and serve.
